School
of architecture and civil engineering teaching experimental center was
established in 2004. The Xiamen University investment of about 13 million yuan
to purchase equipment, architecture, civil engineering, urban planning and
related comprehensive experimental center. A total of 10 laboratories under the
digital design laboratory, geographic information system and remote sensing laboratory,
laboratory of architectural style, building physics laboratory, building
materials and construction of laboratory, laboratory for material mechanics,
construction materials laboratory, engineering laboratory measurements, rock
soil engineering laboratory and structural engineering laboratory, with a total
construction area of about 2000 square meters.
