Our students made historic breakthrough in the 4th National Collegiate Concrete Material Design Competition
The 4th National Collegiate Concrete
Material Design Competition was held in Daxing campus of Beijing Architecture
University from July 22 to 24. After intense competition of three parts
(written competition, blend of concrete design and actual operation), under
guidance of Hu Hongmei, the professor of Civil Engineering Department, and Xue
Xin, the associate professor, two teams of Civil Engineering Department of
Ximen University had devoted themselves and made outstanding performance. The
first team,Xu Mingsai, Yan Yulong and Xie Huan, junior students of Civil
Engineering Department, won the group first prize and the 3nd place; the second
team , Li Zhuohang, Liu Tao and Hu Yingzheng, sophomore students of Civil
Engineering Department, won the group second prize and the 6th place. Professor
Hu Hongmei was rewarded by “Excellent Guide Teacher Award”.
